Our products are manufactured using a Print-on-Demand (POD) model through our partner Gelato. This means:
Each item is produced specifically for you after the order is placed.
Minor variations in print placement or color may occur compared to the digital mockups shown on the site.
Size Selection: Since each product is custom-made, we strongly encourage customers to consult our size charts before ordering.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments (Stripe/Revolut Business).
Shipping is handled by our fulfillment partner, Gelato, through various global carriers.
Delivery Times: Estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed. Customs delays for international orders are beyond our control.
Import Duties: For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or local taxes.
Pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code (and EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Sukori products are considered personalized as they are printed on demand.
Returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or "wrong size" are not accepted.
Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or misprinted item, please contact us within 14 days at info@sukorispec.it with photos of the defect for a free replacement or refund.
All content on this site, including but not limited to the SUKORIspec™ brand, logos, car illustrations, and technical designs, is the exclusive property of ADS DIGITAL di Sattin Alessandro. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Ads Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our services.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Monza (MB).
