To avoid waste and ensure the highest quality, we do not keep stock. Instead, we print each item specifically for you as soon as you place an order.
Since our products are custom-made through our partners, there is a production phase before shipping:
Production Time: Usually takes 2–5 business days.
Total Delivery Time: Production time + Shipping time.
To reduce our carbon footprint and speed up delivery, we use a global network of production hubs. Your order will be manufactured in the facility closest to your shipping address (wherever possible).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.
Italy & Europe: 5–10 business days.
North America: 7–12 business days.
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days. Please note: These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been printed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your goods as it makes its way to you.
Orders within the EU: No customs duties apply for orders shipped from and to EU countries.
International Orders (Outside EU): ADS DIGITAL is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate. We rely on the data you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged (misprinted or torn), please contact us at info@sukorispec.it within 14 days with photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
